laptop won't boot

i have a acer aspire 7750G, windows 7 64-bit

it won't boot, it gives me this:

"Windows failed to start"
1. Insert your Windows installation disc.
2. Choose your language
3. Click "Repair your computer"

Status: 0xc000000f

i downloaded a recovery disk, it works, i can access cmd.

please help :)
