Messed up webpages

Hello Everyone,

Got a bit of an issue, the website for my company crashed a few days ago, something abt the domian folder being deleted by mistake. Anyways, whats done is done. The procedure would be to just reset the settings and upload the website files up to the ftp server. Since that's done, when ever i refresh the pages the graphics and links disappear. The pages come up fine using internet explorer but when you try to view the same page in chrome the table settings and links are messed up. I navigate through the site with IE the links are fine, but when we try to access the same pages on a different browser and computer, everything is messed up and errors pop up like object not found. I use adobe dreamweaver cs5. I've checked for broken links just in case and the links are fine. The site address is www.bisak.org , when i open the site, the pages look fine, but after doing an update and upload when i force refresh with ctrl+f5 the links all go off. why is that? I'll attach a snapshot of how the page is supposed to look like. I'd really appreciate it alot if some one can help me with this issue, cuz frankly i'm stumped.

Thanks alot
