Hi all I am emailing you all for my friend. She has an HP office jet All in one printer which works great on vista but, she keeps having problems with solution center popping up all the time saying "The feature you are trying to use is on a cd rom or other removable disc that is not available. Insert the solution center disc and click okay." When she cancels out she gets an error message window pop up that says, " An installation package for the product solution center cannot be found. Try the installation again using a valid copy of the installation package solution center .msi. Click x to get rid of it and then she gets a repeat of both again.
This can happen again and again no matter what.
She did try installing it several times still same problem.
She has Windows vista Basic 32 bit. On Dell desktop.
Any ideas why she is having this problem?.
