Solved: Can't change profile photo

Just a question: How do I change my profile photo? It's smaller than 160 KB in size and less than 250x250 pixels, but the image won't change. Checked off delete present image, but it doesn't delete it.

Is there a problem with the site? Can someone tell me what the problem can be?

Am using a JPG image. Won't work. Tried BMP, but didn't work. The image was rectangle: didn't work. Tried square: didn't work.

Any suggestions?
