I will be going to the States from UK the beginning of Nov..and will be there for about 3 months. I do not have a phone contract - I am on Pay-as-you-go and I do not have a smart phone. I will be travelling around MA, CT, NY and VA.
My question is: what is the best way for me to connect with my laptop? I know there are various hot-spots and places like libraries to go to and sites like wififreespot - but are there any other options? If there are, what are the approximate costs?
