I have a Phillips DVD player with a port in front for a USB. The machine will play any DivX or Avi that I have downloaded and put into it. Since everything worked I decided to make convert some movies of my own.
I have a fine picture, but no codec to play audio.
I am using 1 Click DVD converter. Works like a charm, even on Video_TS stuff (I don't know what Video_TS means, but hopefully the board might.) as long as you do not care about sound.
If you like audio with your video yo are out of luck.
Can anyone suggest a means of fixing/resolving this problem I would appreciate it.
Additional:
The videos play and sound fine on my computer. So this seems to be a limitation of the Phillips DVD player. What I think I need is a way to record the audio in a codec recognized by the DVD player.
Is that thinking correct and what kind of recommendation would you make for me to use my DVD players USB option effectively.
That was a little long winded so I apologize for that. Thanks for your consideration.
