my internet keeps cutting out

My internet keeps cutting out and it has lights on the it that shows when it cuts out and when its on.

I have also just enabled wireless last week because I have just gotten a laptop and before that my computer was connected to the router directly with an Ethernet cable and the internet never cut out then but now ever since ive turned wireless on it keeps cutting out.

Also I disconnect my home phone and it starts to working well again. What does this mean and how can I fix this?
