My Dell Dimension E521 will not turn on, and this only happens in the morning. I can shut it down and turn it on anytime during the day, but it takes a few presses of the button to turn it on in the morning. For the past 3 days or so I've had to press it 2-4 times but this morning it took about 7 or 8 tries to get it to power up. When I press the power putton the the lights on the front of the case blink for a second. I then have to press it again and again and hope that it starts. So far I've only tried unplugging the power cord from the PS and plugging it back in, but did not want to go any further, I want to get some good advice from people who really know what they're doing. I'm thinking maybe a bad PSU or motherboard? Maybe something with the power button? Any suggestions or ideas? I've thought about testing the PSU with a multimeter first to eliminate that. I appreciate the help
