No internet access

My laptop wasn't functioning properly so I mistakenly did a complete system restore (back to factory condition). Now when I try to logon, I can't. It says that I have limited or no internet access but connections are available. I know i messed something up :rolleyes:, i just don't know what or how to repair it.
