Hi TerryNet,
Need your help!
I have a dell 6000 laptop that refuses to connect to the internet. I followed one of the prompts that one of the guys provided by entering some commands after using cmd on my compter while it is in safe mode. The final instruction was to paste my result from the c drive. Can you pls go thru my result to know the problem with my laptop and what to do next?
