Just Can

What can I do when I see the "Error Message" each and every time I
attempt to download apps, software, etc. I need to be able to
download for a Work-at-Home Employer...time is running out, they may
not hire me, please help...I think I saw that same message earlier
when first signed up...here goes.

I have Windows XP

Error Message: System.ComponentModel.Win32Exception: The system
cannot find the file specified at
