How To Resize HDV Screengrab

Hello,

I have still images that I have exported from FCP. Originally shot on HDV tape, the stills (or screengrabs) look compressed. Is there a default size I should reset them to in Photoshop to make them look normal?

Currently, they are this size:

Pixel Dimensions: 1440 X1080 Document size: 19.997 X 14.998 inches

Resolution: 72.009

I'm assuming by unchecking the "constrain proportions" box I can manipulate them, but am wonderng if anyone knows what I should resize them to.
