NEED HELP ASAP IPv4 messed up

Hey guys... Really need your help- I have a paper due in 2 days, with no Internet

So the other day I downloaded proxpn, to get the states' Netflix access, and that prog changes your IP address...
Did it it worked, turned off laptop, turned it on and Internet didn't work...
I'm pretty sure it's the ipv4...
I really need help guys!!!
