Win7 cannot find network HP4200 printer

I have an HPTouch laptop and I'm trying to connect to my HP 4200 printer thru my desktop PC.

I am using the laptop via wireless and can see the drives on the desktop PC but cannot print.

The laptop cannot find the printer.

Anybody have a solution.
