Internet always drops for a second then connects

So the best way to explain this is if im on the internet i wont really notice it because it happens so fast and im on the page. also its wireless internet

If i play for example league of legends il be fine then il be reconnecting then im back but the reason im reconnecting is because my connection dropped for a second.

IF i open say an online game and i open a stream watching someone. Either the stream will turn off or the game will disconnect or ill get kicked from both.

Ive gone into command prompt and done ping google.com and stuff sometimes its perfect then i do it again it misses 2 with time out then i do again its perfect then again time out again time out then perfect its really annoying.

I recently started playing a new game and il be running then disconnect from the servers because my connection dropped for a second and ive rang bt and stuff have 2 new hubs. switch phone lines replaced filters still dont know whats going on.

IT happens so fast sometimes it doesnt even effect me but for games where you get instant disconnect when your connection drops thats where it is painful
