Supercrashes

Been having hard computer freezes where it shows horizontal lines or blue screens. i've tried opening the .dmp files but had some errors. i'll load them to some file site when requested. Most of the problems i've been having occur when playing a game like Diablo3, but others have even occurred on startup. Other times, it could run for hours without a problem at all. I've set power settings to optimize performance, defragged the hard drive, checked registry, run ample virus scans and put a very large fan (probably 2.5ft by 2.5ft) on my system. I have unattached and reattached about every connection i can and cleaned it out with the business end of an air compressor. I have checked either memory card of RAM for corruption and ran dskchk as well as a sfc scan without any results. Here are some of the errors associated with crashes

also having trouble with permission accessing .dmp files in minidump.
