Where are the Youtube internet files stored in my PC

Hi,

I'm trying to compare the speeds of two different ISPs using youtube. To make it as fair as possible, I want to make sure I delete all temporary file associated with Youtube. So, besides the cookies and the files on AppData\Local\Temp, is there any other location that stores Youtube-related files?
