RunDLL Error + constant Google redirct malware

Hi,

This is my first post here.
I recently tried removing the Google redirect malware but can't seem to get rid of it.
I have MBAM PRO which I ran several times along with my ESET Smart Security 5 and kaspersky's rotkit removal tool and can't seem to get rid of it.

Moreover, after I deleted several of the infected files I started getting a rundll error everytime I right click on a file. (Screenshot pasted below).

I would appreciate any help in this matter.
