Hi Everyone,
I am having an issue with a "missing" dll file - the effects of this error (shown below) is that many programs are not behaving.

I removed the drive containing the error from my laptop and plugged it into an external drive bay and then scanned with various anti - virus programs.
All viruses have been removed from the disk, and I now want to copy a healthy netapi32.dll file (from my desktop) over the "infected" one that is on my laptop computer.
However every time that I attempt to copy and paste I am presented with the screen below:

How can I go about "forcing" the copy operation. I am very hopeful that a "healthy" dll will get me going again.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Kind Regards,
Davo
