Hi I'm new to the forum so excuse me if I make a mistake or something.
About a week ago a router (the brand is TP-LINK and the model number is TL-WR740N) was installed in my house so that everyone in the house could have wi-fi but the internet has been acting up ever since then, pages dont load correctly on my browser (chrome) and its just very slow and i keep receiving messages such as " The server at (random website) can't be found, because the DNS lookup failed. DNS is the network service that translates a website's name to its Internet address. This error is most often caused by having no connection to the Internet or a misconfigured network. It can also be caused by an unresponsive DNS server or a firewall preventing Google Chrome from accessing the network". so what do I have to do to configure my router and network correctly?
also just as a side note at times (such as right now) the internet seems to work fine for a while and then acts up
