avast antivirus problem!!!

Hiiii friends...

i uninstalled my avast 7.0.1474 free antivirus.....

but it does'nt goes out from laptop its there....

but i cant scan or cant do anything...

there s a file program files but i cant even delete it....

i need to remove it from my lap pls help me plssssssssssssssssss....
