I had a virus and took the computer to a repair shop, they charged me $100, and I don't think they got the virus completely off the computer. My dvd drive stopped working a few weeks ago, and the attached is a screen shot of the device manager. "check for solutions" does nothing. I have uninstalled the hardware and rebooted to let it re-recognize the drive and that has not worked either. I have downloaded "CCleaner" but that hasn't helped either. Any suggestions?
