AVG uninstall solution

I could not removed AVG and eventually found how to do it while killing a virus.
I hope this helps.
AVG is protected by a little.exe program that stops uninstal.
Click the windows icon,bottom left.
In the run tool, where the magnifying glass is type taskmgr
Click the processes tab.
Go down the list until you find vprot.exe, click on it.
Click stop process.

You just took away The program protecting AVG.
I then disinstalled AVG by hand.

Click the windows icon.
Computer.
Double click C drive.
Double click Program files.
Single click AVG, then pick remove and its done.
just take off the remaining icon from your browser toolbar.
And maybe cleanup the startup entries with AML. And its as good as new.
