Lan media disconnected connection 2

here is what I have, besides a problem, Can't connect to the wireless network that is in the next room but I can connect to theguys across the street, I keep getting the messag that the LAN Media connection is DISCONNECTED on connection 2, the computer trys to RENEW the IP address but can never do it, I have run CMD propmts pconfig/release, ipconfig/renew, ipconfig/all nothing works for my home system yet my laptop is connected my tower is running on the guy across the street. How do I fix this problem. I'm pasteing thihs
