utorrent hanging

Hi Tech Team,

I'm facing some weird problems from some days in my windows 7.

1. Utorrent having around 100 torrents hang at the time when open after exiting it. It doesn't respond & won't open untill once rebooted. Just after reboot if I open utorrent it opens but if I try to open utorrent later around after 1-2 hours of reboot. It doesn't open.

2. I've one more problem with chrome, whenever I try to save a file through chrome , it usually freezes & went in not responding state.

Can anybody suggest something on the problem ??
