how to stop netsvcs from downloading continuously

Hi techguy members,

I have a problem with netsvcs. It continuously download something. I disabled windows update as well as BITS. Still it download something. I have limited bandwidth and usage. Here with i have enclosed my log file,
Kindly help its urgent.
