Rotinom removed from computer and external drive, but folders still hidden.

Hi all.

So a while ago I got Rotinom on my computer, and I began removing it manually according to several online guides. However, all the folders on my external hard drive are still hidden, and I've tried checking several sources (even downloaded the fix.reg thing available on this forum) and nothing has worked. I still cannot "unhide" the folders because whenever I check their properties in WinDirStat, the 'Hidden' checkbox is checked but I am unable to change it. I've checked over and over and all the Registry files that have been added by Rotinom (according to, again, several sources) are still not there. Any help would be appreciated.

Sorry, I only read the 'Everyone MUST read this...' as I finished making this thread. I'll post the logs in a second, although a quick scan with malwarebytes says that there's nothing harmful on my computer.
