Need Help Blocking a Wi-fi Signal

One of my friends is having a problem with his Wifi on Windows 7. He's at a Hotel with his Computer and trying to play World of Warcraft. The Hotel has 5 different SSID and World of Warcraft can be played on four of those. All of the SSIDs have the same Name, so he can't simply "Netsh" block the one that doesn't work in the command line or it will likely prevent his computer from connecting to any of them. He doesn't have access to the Admin Panel of the Router and the staff there are clueless with that sort of thing, nor is there a tech-support person on-site.

I'm trying to help him set up some sort of block on his Computer that will allow it to connect to the four Networks that work, but block the one that's causing problems. He tried deleting it from his preferred Networks but it's still accessing that one Network that's causing problems. Again, all the SSIDs are the same and he can't access the Admin features in the Control Panel. While he's online, the connection seems to jump around to the different SSIDs. It doesn't interrupt his connection though unless it jumps to the one that doesn't work. What can he do?
