Pivot Tables - Sorting Help

I can't seem to figure our how to sort different Pivot table columns. I only seem to be able to sort the first column and none of the others. I've attahced an example and wondered if someone could walk me through sorting of a column such as Percentage and/or the 3rd column of values. I have no problem sorting by names.
