Currently we're running a file server, and would like to setup a share to enable roaming profiles, however, as security is one of our main concerns, we have not implemented this in our production environment, we would like to setup a "Profiles" share with the appropriate permissions to allow end-users access to their profile, but limit viewing to their profile only, and basically hide the other user profiles in the directory. Listed below is a current layout of the permissions on the "Test" share for user profiles.
Sharing Permissions
- Everyone (Read)
Security Permissions
- Authenticated Users, This folder only.
----- List Folder / Read Data
- CREATOR OWNER, Subfolders and files only.
