Windows 7 - slow and weird

Hello, everybody!

I've had Windows 7 for over a year, but in the past month it has taken me forever to load a webpage. Also, if I had only Winamp running and playing songs, it would stop in the middle of the song, and then resume playing after a while, and then it would do the same after a while, acting weird. Or if I watched a movie, it would freeze all of a sudden, and then resume itself after some time.

So, here's what I've done. I bought more RAM, so that I have 8 gb now.
I've uninstall some programs I don't use.
I regularly remove broken shortcuts, clean registry, defragment it, etc.
I've disabled transparency option in control panel, under window color.

In System configuration, I see:
CmiCnfg Dynamic Link Library (I've no idea what's that)
Microsoft Intellitype pro
Expert Tool: Display Control Panel
Malwarebytes Anti-Malware
avast antivirus
apple push
utorrent
adtv (no idea what's this)

I idsabled apple push and utorrent

Now my PC is working somewhat better, but I'm not sure if I should do something more. I've just finished, like 5 min ago.

What I'm running:

Tech Support Guy System Info Utility version 1.0.0.2

Motherboard: MICRO-STAR INTERNATIONAL CO.,LTD, P45-C51 (MS-7519)

What's also worrying me is that my Windows experience index is 1.0!
It says my Graphics is 1.0. Everything else is 6 or more.

What should I do?
