AVG Refuses to update, followed the FAQ

as the title says my antivirus refuses to update ill provide a hijackthis log on request thanks in advance

EDIT, it says the connection to the update server has failed and i followed everything in the FAQ and flushed my DNS and changed my IP but still nothing works..any ideas?
