I have A Dell dimensionC521 with windows XP. I had a Palm Pilot ages ago and put the addressbook on the PC which I found very useful although I no longer use the hand held Palm. Today when I went to access the address book I was asked for a user name. I wasn't able to type anything into the box so I clicked on new and put in my name. Then the address book opened up but was completely empty. I was wondering whether I could use System restore to get it back again but have forgotten how to do it. I had fortunately printed out some of the addresses but should I , with your help succedd in getting it back is there a way of transferring all the information to some other address book on the PC.
