Suggestions for build

I'm building a PC for my MIL, it will be my fourth build, I'm great at putting the pieces together, but suck at picking them out lol. Anyway this is a budget build primarily used for internet, email, facebook games, SIMS 3 and downloadable Pogo games, movies and photo storage. I found a DIY Combo on Newegg that I think will work pretty well, but am curious what your suggestions are to tweak a little. Everything listed came with the package except for the Media drive and OS. Total everything was $400

and I picked up Windows 8 64-bit for it

I think I might need to pick up some better RAM, I'm thinking 8GB @ 1866. Do you think better RAM will make that discernible of a difference for her needs?

Also thinking about an aftermarket heatsink/fan for the APU considering she lives in a city where it reguarly gets over 100 degrees in the summer... Any suggestions on a budget aftermark that will be better than stock?
