Adobe Acrobat/Preflight Issue

I have Adobe Acrobat X. I need to convert documents into PDF/A format. But whenever I do so, I get a message that reads "Please use preflight with the profile 'Convert to PDF/A' in order to identify those properties of the document which prevent it from being compliant to this profile."

I cannot even find preflight on my Adobe X. What should I do?
