Web Cam Application Fails to Initiliaze

Hello, I am having problems with my Web Cam all of a sudden. When I click on it it says "Application failed to initialize check camera device and restart computer" I tried downloading a new update from Toshiba but the application never installed. I have a Toshiba Satellite L655-S5150 Windows 7, Laptop that is only 15 months old (thankfully I have the extended warranty, but who wants do a re-install?

Previously, I installed the Kingsoft Antivirus and had it for a while with no problems, but I see this antivirus update has many new features and one of them is blocking my Webcam. I have since then unchecked the "block this program" for my webcam, but am still having non access to my webcam I can't use Skype or You-tube. What can I do to get my Web Cam up and running. After I unchecked the "block" box I was able to access my web cam for a short while, then once I rebooted no more webcam.

I looked in the Device Folder and didn't even see the Toshiba Web Camera Application or Device. Some people says to uninstall the device then re-install it, but I can't even find it. I'm not a computer wiz (at all) so I really don't know what to do, but whatever your response, please make it as simple as possible because I won't be able to understand tech stuff.
