Connecting equipment on LAN to computers on WLAN

I am writing to you from the ship. We are presently sailing and are on passage from Ponta Da Madeira to Subic Bay. We have a long sailing and will be in Subic Bay on 29th Jan 2013.
We have a networking issue on board and thought you might be able to help us out.
I have a main communication computer (XP) with a LAN connection to the Satellite terminal. The IP address of the communication computer is 192.168.0.11 255.255.255.0 and for the Satellite terminal is 192.168.0.21 255.255.255.0 Everything is working well and both are communicating with one another.

We also have a wireless network on board and all the computers (XP or Win7) are connected to one another with this WLAN including the communication computer.
The address range for the computers on WLAN are from 192.168.1.111 to 130 with subnet mask 255.255.255.0. All these computers are communicating with one another and there is no problem.

However I am unable to communicate by any computer on WLAN with the Satellite terminal.

How do I solve this problem. Tried changing the IP address of the satellite terminal to 192.168.1.XXX but it will not work.

Could you please help us out.
