I ripped a couple songs from CD i own to my computer for my personal use using windows media player 11. After ripping the songs I noticed that, after ripping the songs, the album cover for the album appeared inside the folder icon of my "Music" folder on my desktop before I even moved the mp3s into the folder (the MP3s ripped to the "My Music" folder in "My Documents" per default, not this desktop folder). When I took a look in Winamp, all of my mp3s that did not have album art had the album I had just ripped cover art as its own (the cover did not appear on their thumb nails) and the same was apparrent when I uploaded some of my songs onto Google Play Music. I deleted the album cover inside of Winamp on one MP3, and the cover dissappeared on the rest of the MP3s inside winamp (instead replaced with Winamp's default "no cover" image, as it was before) and dissappeared from the icon of my desktop music folder.
However, when I upload MP3s without an album cover (say, i download - either purchased or legally free - an mp3 from the band's official website) to Google Music, it still appears with the album I ripped's album cover instead of Google Music's default "no cover" picture (and its only from that computer, and it still happens even when the MP3 isn't inside of my desktop music file. If it doesn't have an album cover - or sometimes when it does - and its on that computer - the album cover is the album I ripped's cover in Google Play). How do I make sure that this album cover is completely gone from my computer and from my files? Is there I hidden folder I can look for that I can remove any album art from my MP3s?'
