tfswctrl.exe error when shutting down

I had this error when shutting my pc down.
I was following along with the advise you were giving another poster on
here having the same issues.

I have an older pc but I did just update my Kaspersky to 2013 Internet Security suite I had the 2012 version running.

I downloaded the Super Anti Spyware you suggested in the other person's thread and ran it.
It found 245 various worms, malware, trojans etc. I told it to remove the items and my pc seems much better now.

What happened to Kaspersky? It says that it is supposed to find malware, etc?
I thought it was odd that when I ran you sys utility tool, that it didn't even show that I had antivirus running?

Anyways, I was wondering if I need to do anything else now that I ran the SAS program.
I probably have too many things running at start up too. Any guidance would be appreciated since my old pc needs a little TLC.
