Internet randomly crashes (only on home PC)

Was happening for a while, stopped for a month or so, but the past couple days it is happening again quite frequently and its annoying.

At a random time, (usually between 5 minutes to up to 4 or 5 hours) my internet will just stop working only on this PC (wired to my router). My network will still be up and fine, as my phone, laptop, PS3, etc can wirelessly connect to my router and the internet without any problems. The only way to get the internet to start working on is to restart my computer. When I run windows' diagnostic tool, it prompts me to reset the network adapter, which does not solve the problem.

It's super annoying and I've tried so many things, all for no results. Any help would be appreciated. My router is a linksys e2500.
