Two Request timed out difference ?

Hi Guys, hope all well.


I was having this question on mind daily, now thought I am a part of community, lets ask someone if able to help:)


So, Could someone please tell me what is the exact time difference between two "Request timed out" messages when we ping a device.


Also, is there a way or software kinda thing, where I can paste the total number of request timed out messages to calculate how much time the device was down or was not responding.
