HP Server

I'm having HP Server, Installed OS is windows server 2003
This is my ram information

512MB DDR2 1Rx8 PC2-3200R 400 CL3

i want to upgrade my ram to 1GB
my concern is if i buy 1GB DDR2 1Rx8 PC2 6400 666

will this ram work in my Server??
