Internet Explorer

I was doing some 'housekeeping' and decided to remove IE. When my machine boots up I get a message (before the desktop loads) saying something like 'can't find d:\documents and settings\allusers\application data\microsoft\bingbar\bbsv\7.1.391.Ooembingbarsetuppartner.exe
Obviosuly I deleted this file :( Any ideas how to get rid of the message please?
