dc5100 keeps rebooting after audio driver installed

I have several dc5100 sff computers. I recently re-installed Windows XP with SP3. After installing the audio driver the computer , it re-boots and after I log into windows it re-boots again until I log in again and then it reboots again( over and over). If I disable the audio device in safe mode, the computer does not keep re-booting. The driver was downloaded from HP. Any suggestions would be great.
