OS: MS-XP Media Center Edition
SP: Service Pack 3
DX: 4.09 (9.0c)
CPU: Intel Pentium 4 550, 3400 MHz (17x200)
Motherboard: Asus PTGD1-LA
RAM: 2048MB
Graphics Card: ASUS EAHD6540 Series (1024MB)
Detail of issue: Everytime i shutdown/restart the computer (Desktop computer by the way) it BSOD's giving the following error (image not mine, its just the same one):

What i did those weeks: I installed a few programs thats pretty much it software sided, what i believe (by the "pci" error) is that i put in a new Graphics Card (detail at the top) and after 1-2 days it starting giving me this error so i presume this is the fault, if you want me to reput the older graphics card and test if the error comes again i'd' be glad to do it. You should also know before that "1-2" days past my power (350 power) kept on failing as well (just after i put the graphics card) so i put in a new PSU (650 power) and then the computer did not have any power failures after that, also note that my graphics card does not require an external cable for power.
Conclusion: This error is really annoying and i believe that BSOD's can lead to something bigger (read it something; stuck in my head now). I really need a fix, i have googled alot but nothing seems to any help.
If you require more information please post.
