Hello, this is my first post so i hope i'm in the rigth group.
I have a user with a Datalocker External Hardrive which was given to the user from his company. He has all the rights and permissions to use this device, I connected remotely to his computer and i saw he's able to access the device, open files from it and so on, the problem is He cannot copy files from his desktop to the device, but he can copy from the device to the desktop.
The error given is "Error Copying File or Folder
Cannot copy "File Name" Access is denied
Make sure the disk is not full or write protected and that the file is not currently in use"
I check if the file was open by another program or in use and this was not case. Any ideas what could it be? is it a device configuration issue or laptop configuration?
