I have a perfectly working, new alienware m-14x laptop, which can connect to various wireless networks. However, at my girlfriend's house, it is unable to connect to their BT-Home Hub either through wireless or ethernet connection. The network works just fine for other computers in the house. My laptop says that it is connected to the network, but has no internet. Have tried troubleshooting it as much as I can, anyone have any ideas?
