I hope this is the right place to post this.
I have a XFX HD Radeon 6970 graphics card. On some games I have this really annoying issue. When I'm play it, even though the resolution i set to 1080, I see these black bars around the game, so like the game is in a black square and my monitor is not completely filled with the game graphics.
My Windows 7 it self had this issue where the monitor would not be filled in and I had to go in to Catalust Center and go under "Scaling" and simply slide the slider to the very right; this fixed it and my screen is full.
I have a 23 inch LG LED screen running over HDMI from my graphics card.
Is there a setting I can change such as "scaling" but for games?
I did some Google searches but not too much luck, some forums but they always go off topic.
Thanks in advance! I also attached a example of what I am talking about.
