BSOD While playing Far Cry 3?

Ok so I've been getting BSOD while playing Far Cry 3 on Ultra. I do have a PC which can easily handle Far Cry 3 In any settings and nothing is getting hot according to the temperatures on SpeedFan. However I do have a slight problem with my HDD (Spinpoint F3) I keep getting messages saying there was a Hard Disk failure and It needs to be backed up. I'm actually rather worried. Help would be HIGHLY appreciated. Here's the BSOD message.
