Sending one tab of spreadsheet in yahoo mail

Hi

I have a spread sheet that has 26 different tabs or pages. I want to send each individual page to certain individuals. I am using Yahoo mail. When I try to save one tab or page, it saves everything.

How do I send via Yahoo mail each individual page or tab from a spreadsheet?
